The British researchers say that females who work and live in the city are at a greater risk of developing breast tumor than those that work and reside in the country. The research was prompted by anecdotal reports from breast-screening centres that unusually high amounts of women from city areas experienced dense breasts. The researchers from the London Breasts Institute say this is because of the fact that ladies who reside in urban areas tend to have breasts which are even more dense than those that reside in rural areas.
