Currently I am drying my nails and don't even care that I am leaving this review in the establishment. The overall nail shop is clean. There are plenty of colors to choose from and seats.
I was a walk-in and signed in to get a pedicure. The host was polite. I was asked to sit at seat number 8 all the way in the back. The woman who did my pedicure seemed angry that she was doing my nails. She was rough with my feet and unfriendly. I didn't ask for her name and don't care to know it. She left me in the chair for my nails to dry and didn't care to check on me until I showed the rest of the staff how bothered I was.
Once she finally came back she quickly put the top coat on. I had to ask where the nail drying station was. She pointed towards t he window. It is common curtesy in a nail shop to pick up the clients bag and shoes to walk to the drying station. She turned on the machine and walked off. I will never be coming back here. Luckily the nail color I chose is very pretty.

I called and spoke to someone to schedule an appointment for pedicures for 3 people for 12:30. I never received a text confirmation like usual. when we arrived we were told my appointment was at 3 pm. never once was 3 pm mentioned. I realize mistakes happen but there was no apology or no mention that we could try and arrange another time. They were not that busy. Instead of saying Uh, there could have been any conversation to help me out. There was no effort at all. I have been going to Luxury nails for many years. There was 3 times I scheduled a pedicure and waxing and they would not do the waxing. so I have decided to find another salon that wants my business!
