  1. In a large pot, add olive oil and put over medium heat. Once hot, add in diced onion. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, add bell pepper, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add in minced garlic and jalapeno. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking up the larger pieces, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder, dry ranch seasoning, cumin, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the broth, green chilies, and tomatoes, bring up to a boil, then reduce the heat down to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Add in beans and frozen corn and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat.
  7. Top with taco toppings and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
