Are you having a party? Going to a party? Or just watching at home? What food are you gonna have?

I'm thinking Buffalo Chicken Dip, celery and hummus, ham and swiss sliders, turkey and pesto sliders, co*cktail weinnies, and maybe assorted olives and pickled okra (just cause I like olives and pickled okra).

The word hummus sounds gross, so I won't even try it.

I'm making a neufenchantel/salsa hot dip, because its within my skill level and people seem to enjoy it, unless they're eating it out of pity.

What else is in that besides cream cheese and salsa? Sounds like a good combination!

Chick peas don't really have a flavor, they just kind of soak up whatever you put with them. Roasted garlic hummus is really good too. You outta buy a little tub of it and just try it. Pita chips are GREAT with it!

That's about it, give yourself about 1/2" of neuf or cream cheese in the bottom of a pie plate, about 1/4" of salsa, and cover it all with shredded cheese, and just bake it a bit.

Idiot proof, quick, and tasty

Nothing too exotic..

Wings (BBQ and Buffalo)
Pizza Rolls
Veggie Tray
Fruit Tray
Chips & Dip
Nachos
Cold Cuts & Cheeses for sandwiches
Adult Beverages
Soft Drinks
Sweet Tea

Edit: In honor of Peyton I had thought about grilling up some Omaha steaks but I figured that would get a bit too pricey! Super Bowl Party Food (23)

I'm doing:

ABT's (atomic buffalo turds) which are jalopenos cut in half, scraped out, stuffed with cream cheese & chorizio, topped with cheese, wrapped in bacon

Taco dip- about what it sounds like. Sort of like a 7-layer dip

Pizzas- simple homemade sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Cut in small squares

All done on the Big Green Egg

For dinner, we're having braised beef short ribs with jalopeno cheddar polenta and something else my brother is making.

What do you guys put in the buffalo chicken dip?

We do a crock-pot meatball with sauce using a 50/50 ratio of Heinz Chili Sauce and Welch's grap jelly. Usually just get a big bag of frozen meatballs and just drop them in.
Sounds weird mixing chili sauce and jelly but it's very good.

Mine is shredded chicken, a cup of Frank's hot sauce (has to be Frank's), cup of ranch, cup of shredded cheddar, and a block of cream cheese. Ridiculously good.

I plan on going to a party with a lot of people who have connections, which can also help me with finding a job. I also do not know them.
